Exchange Policy

Due to the international dropshipping model, we do not offer direct exchanges (immediate replacement).

  • If a product is defective or the wrong item is sent, the customer may request a full refund or free replacement.

  • For personal-use items (cosmetics, make-up, hygiene products), we do not accept exchanges due to change of mind after use, for health and safety reasons.

👉 Example: If you ordered a makeup kit and received the wrong shade, we will send the correct product at no extra cost.
